Circle Truss

Giant Truss manufactures circles and round truss systems using precision-engineered bending processes for accurate, repeatable curves and reliable fitment. Each curved segment is produced with specialised tooling so that all parts are identical, and CNC-controlled bending maintains accuracy throughout production while minimising deformation, giving smooth, clean, dent-free tube surfaces.

Curved truss can be configured in different diameters, degrees and segment combinations – from circular stages and suspended structures to custom architectural forms, including full circles, ovals and S-shapes. Curved elements work alongside standard truss lengths and compatible connection systems; a quarter-circle part can be treated as a large 90° corner.

Important Notes

  • Load capacities shown are applicable only to the corresponding loading tables.
  • Load values are based on static loading conditions unless otherwise specified.
  • The published load data applies to single-span configurations with supports at both ends.
  • Multi-span systems, custom structures, or special configurations require project-specific structural calculations.
  • Self-weight of the truss has already been included in the published load calculations.
  • Load ratings are valid only when the truss is installed in the orientation illustrated in the loading tables.
  • Connection forces and bending moments at joints are considered within the specified loading data.
  • Truss systems can be assembled using different standard section lengths to achieve the required span.
  • All installations should be carried out by qualified professionals in accordance with applicable safety standards and local regulations.
  • Always inspect truss components before use and replace any damaged parts immediately.
  • Refer to the Installation & Assembly Manual before assembly, rigging, or loading the truss.
  • For complex structures or critical applications, consult a qualified structural engineer before installation.
