Basic Deck
The Giant Deck (Basic Deck) is a lightweight aluminium stage deck from the Giant Aluminium Stage system. Each deck has a certified load capacity of up to 900 kg for the 4×8 ft size, and a centrally integrated aluminium reinforcement profile reduces deflection by up to 45%, improving structural stability and load distribution.
Decks are finished with an 18 mm waterproof, anti-slip Black Hexa plywood surface for weather resistance and dimensional stability. The frame is EN AW-6082 T6 aluminium, and each stage deck is welded using a robotic welding system for consistent strength and clean finishes.
