CERTIFICATION
EN 1090 EXC-3 certified
EN 1090 is the European standard governing the manufacture of structural steel and aluminium components. Certification to Execution Class 3 (EXC-3) covers structures where failure would carry serious consequences — which includes overhead event rigging carrying lighting, audio and LED loads above people.
What EXC-3 requires
- A documented factory production control (FPC) system, externally audited.
- Qualified welding procedures and certified welders for every joint type in production.
- Traceable material certificates for all load-bearing alloy.
- Defined inspection and testing at each production stage, with records retained.
- Declared performance values for every structural product placed on the market.
Static reports
Load-bearing products are supported by German Static Reports. Load charts, cantilever data and datasheets are published on the individual product pages under Downloads.
