MT Heavy Duty
The MT truss series by Giant Truss is a heavy-duty rectangular aluminium truss with a 770 mm × 530 mm section, developed for rental and production environments where dependable structural performance and long-term durability are required. It uses Ø50 mm main tubes with a 4 mm wall thickness and Ø30 × 3 mm diagonal and brace tubes in EN AW-6082 T6 aluminium, and weighs approximately 18 kg/m.
Assembly uses the SG-3 precision conical connection system (60 mm) for fast and accurate assembly. A 4-side diagonal webbing configuration provides effective load distribution and structural stability, supporting free spans of up to 28 metres under suitable conditions.
