MT-EX is the extreme heavy-duty member of the MT family, engineered for large-scale, high-demand events and for applications that exceed standard heavy-duty truss limits. It keeps the 770 mm × 530 mm section and is built from Ø60 × 6 mm main tubes with Ø40 × 3 mm diagonal and brace tubes in EN AW-6082 T6 aluminium, weighing approximately 22 kg/m.

The SG-3 precision conical connection system (60 mm) and a 4-side diagonal webbing design provide maximum rigidity and efficient load distribution. The 6 mm wall thickness gives durability, resistance to transport damage and a long service life.
