Product Overview
HD48R is a Giant Truss square aluminium truss for professional staging, lighting and temporary event structures. Its published chord, bracing and connection specifications support modular assembly across the intended load and application range.
The HD48 truss range is a versatile aluminium truss system covering medium to extra heavy-duty applications, comprising HD48R, HD48, and LD48 pro les. It is widely used for vertical tower applications, particularly within the DT series truss systems.
HD48 is commonly used in DTXR structures, while HD48R is designed for higher-load and reinforced applications such as DT-EX and DDR86 front tour–reinforced roof systems, where 6 mm wall thickness is used for maximum strength. LD48 forms the medium-duty option within the same dimensional range.
